Joseph Ricks is an experienced trial attorney in Tucson, Arizona, who has completed over 100 trials, including over 40 jury trials. He is currently a Professor of Practice at the University of Arizona College of Law teaching Trial Advocacy.
Joseph received his bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Arizona in 2011. In 2015, he graduated magna cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School where he focused on criminal law. Joseph worked for many years in the Domestic Violence and Special Victims Units of the Pima County Attorney’s Office where he tried complex and violent offenses including homicides, sexual assaults, and aggravated assaults.
He joined Katsarelis Law Criminal Defense Attorneys in 2024.
