Stephanie Musser was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. She attended DePaul College of Law in Chicago, IL from 2016-2019 where she earned a Certificate in Public Interest Law alongside her JD. During her time at DePaul, she completed various criminal defense internships and participated in a year-long civil rights clinic. Post-law school, Ms. Musser returned home to follow her passion of representing indigent clients as a Tucson City Court Public Defender.
In the two years spent there, she specialized in representing clients in domestic violence, mental health, and DUI cases. Ms. Musser joined Katsarelis Law Criminal Defense Attorneys in October of 2022 and currently represents both indigent and retained clients on misdemeanor and felony offenses in counties throughout Arizona. She has presented at multiple national conferences on the topics of Procedural Justice and the Victim Risk Assessment Form. Outside of work, Ms. Musser enjoys playing softball and spending time outdoors with her husband and 1-year-old son.
