I must state that Ethymios Katsarelis is the finest professional and most personable attorney I have met in my many years of legal wrangling, both criminal and civil. He defended and counseled, my godson, a young Purple Heart, Iraq War veteran, through a serious criminal litigation and multiple unjust felony charges with compassion and honestly beyond our greatest expectations. Our family is profoundly grateful for the phenomenal work he provided in this difficult situation that resulted in a dismissal. Look no further ; so much great things to say about this law office; Mr. Efthymios Katsarelis took my case the end of last year. I honestly thought I was going back to prison. Yes I said back ! I have priors and I have been to prison I got out in 2022; unfortunately, picked up an assault felony case in 2025. My first plea was prison only. Although, I have been to prison before, I was pretty scared and upset because since I’ve been out, I have changed my life around. All I’ve done is work and remain sober. Mr. Katsarelis told me to first, remain patient; he assured me that I will not go back to prison Because I do not belong there, he said he will fight for me and he did. Finally, he got the prosecutors to agree for a probation plea. I couldn’t be more grateful for Mr. Katsarelis and his team. This truly has to be the BEST criminal defense attorney association in Tucson Arizona hands down. THE FEDERAL KING IS KATSERELLIS LAW! I hired Kat on day 1 after a free consultation and he devoted so many hours of his time to me and I was able to go over my entire case with him and explain to him how the previous attorney I have was neglecting me and not willing to cooperate with me on anything within the interest I found best fit for my case with my brother. so within 48 hours I had an answer on a Plea, within 9 days got a plea agreement, within 1.5 Months with Kat’s word given was able to get me to court to begin the process to finish my case, and in under 90 days was able to successfully execute and close out a 6 month incarceration that was potentially looking at 33-41 months maximum. Kat is the most well respected individual, COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO HIS ATTENTIVENESS and he is ALWAYS ON CALL 24-7! I had a pretty cut and dry case dealing with an arrest by Border Patrol. I have a pretty extensive criminal history. With my criminal history I was pretty much looking at a a prison sentence. Mr Kestarilis fought hard for many months for me. I did what he instructed me to do and followed those instructions to a tee. Mr Kestarilis was with me every step of the way and even with everything he and I put together it still looked like prison for sure. We needed a miracle. On the day of sentencing Mr Kestarilis gave an amazing line of factors and circumstances that helped mitigate my case. Which I thought would at least put me in the lower end of the sentencing guidelines. However with that hard work Mr Kestarilis convinced the judge to do something he has never done. The judge sentenced my to probation!!!!!!! It was the most amazing feeling I have ever had in my life. If you have a criminal case and need help Mr Kestarilis is your guy. I am extremely thankful to have met Mr. Katsarelis. When we hired Mr. Katsarelis our family was in a very stressful position. I called after hours on a Friday evening and received a call Saturday morning, which was very unexpected. Even after we finished our free consultation, he was still taking my phone calls. Needing a criminal defense attorney is not something I would have ever contemplated. However the day did arise and thank goodness thank God that my family found Mr. Katsarelis. We did due diligence on multiple criminal defense law firms / lawyers in Tucson before we selected Efthymios to defend Our 18 year old son who faced several serious criminal charges with very high bond posted at the time. Efthymios has a great personality and great people skills, and he connected very well with Our son since the rest of the family were out of state. He is very skilled in criminal law involving teens and he knew how to navigate the justice system. At the end all charges were dropped in Arizona and we were able to get Our son home to an other state where we live. We highly recommend Efthymios to anyone seeking a criminal defense attorney.
